This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional adept at identifying and capitalizing on new client acquisition opportunities while also delivering top-tier consulting services. The Senior Sales Director plays a critical role in achieving business objectives, enhancing team outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional consulting services to clients.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Business Development:
  • Craft and implement aggressive sales strategies to pinpoint, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
Business Development: 
  • Personally creating opportunities for qualified hospital and health system leadership who have the ability to positively influence, or make the decision to purchase GEHC Command Center programs.
 Strategic Influence: 
  • As requested, give input to help shape the business strategy.
 Stay Ahead of the Curve:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. Interpret internal and external business dynamics, advocating best practices to refine products, processes, or services.
Decision Making:
  • Harness sophisticated judgment skills to navigate complex tasks or challenges in areas like operational management, product management, and consulting.
  • Evaluate the quality and relevance of information, engage in critical questioning, and utilize a range of sources to arrive at well-informed decisions.
 Lead & Collaborate:
  • Direct functional teams or projects characterized by minimal resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
  • Articulate complex concepts effectively and steer colleagues to consider alternative perspectives.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree from an accredited university with 8 years experience or Bachelors degree college with 10 years experience in Services & Consulting
  • Direct experience in hospital operations for at least a significant portion of their time with health systems
  • Basic Knowledge of health IT systems, EMR, etc.

  • Strong connection to the healthcare community with contacts to other healthcare professionals across the United States
  • Demonstrated prowess in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $191,760.00-$287,640.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

The Analytics Senior Consultant works with clients as part of a multi-disciplinary consulting team, contributing strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem solving and experience with workflow mapping, data mapping and statistical analysis. Responsibilities

The Analytics Senior Consultant works as part of GE Healthcare’s clinical command team to help healthcare clients achieve better patient throughput, care coordination and patient experience.  Project types include implementing real-time apps to help clients dynamically optimize patient care delivery and developing high impact strategies using data science, statistics and simulation modeling to re-configure existing capacity.  The role has a high degree of autonomy and requires a strong work ethic and sense of teamwork.
  • Completing assigned activities in a timely way in coordination with other team members and the engagement objectives
  • Mapping client workflows via observation and interviews
  • Mapping data elements in the client source systems and assessing feasibility of use
  • Supporting configuration sessions with clients to fine tune each real-time application
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure necessary data fields are included in the specified format in interfaces provided by the client.
  • Performing validation testing prior to go-live to ensure real-time applications reflect reality
  • Leading the design and layout of data analysis, depicting findings and high value conclusions and recommendations, and writing accurate reports.
  • Developing clear and insightful executive-level presentations.
  • Establishing credibility quickly, developing deep client relationships and engaging with client stakeholders at all levels including executive-level sponsors and front-line caregiver teams.
  • Using sound judgement to solve moderately complex problems or tasks with client team or project team.
  • Serving as a professional representative of GE Healthcare in all public and client settings.
  • Participating in Knowledge Management activities as directed. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial or electrical Engineering, Math or Statistics or related discipline.
  • Experience with data management in SQL or Oracle and understanding of data mining principles and strategies.
  • Experience applying analytic techniques: regression analysis, simulation modeling, timeseries forecasting, hypothesis testing using R, SAS or similar software.
  • Experience programming in Java, C# or similar production level language applied to data management, algorithms and automation.
  • Hands on experience with data visualization and developing dashboards in Tableau, Qlik or other.
  • Experience in outcome-based process improvement and change management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Able to travel at least 65% in Canada and the US.

Desired Characteristics

  • Graduate degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Math or Statistics or related discipline.
  • Experience working in a healthcare provider / acute care setting.
  • Experience in UX/UI design.
  • Software: Sketch (iOS) or equivalent.
