It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Responsibilities

The Analytics Senior Consultant works as part of GE Healthcare’s clinical command team to help healthcare clients achieve better patient throughput, care coordination and patient experience.  Project types include implementing real-time apps to help clients dynamically optimize patient care delivery and developing high impact strategies using data science, statistics and simulation modeling to re-configure existing capacity.  The role has a high degree of autonomy and requires a strong work ethic and sense of teamwork.
  • Completing assigned activities in a timely way in coordination with other team members and the engagement objectives
  • Mapping client workflows via observation and interviews
  • Mapping data elements in the client source systems and assessing feasibility of use
  • Supporting configuration sessions with clients to fine tune each real-time application
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure necessary data fields are included in the specified format in interfaces provided by the client.
  • Performing validation testing prior to go-live to ensure real-time applications reflect reality
  • Leading the design and layout of data analysis, depicting findings and high value conclusions and recommendations, and writing accurate reports.

Required Qualifications

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $94,800.00-$142,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). As a Business Development Lead at GE HealthCare, your primary responsibility will be to pursue and win new clients in Europe for the Command Center product. Once won, you’ll partner with the Command Center Delivery Team to transition relationships and knowledge for successful implementation, then maintain a presence over time to support long-term customer success and further expansion within health systems.

Job Description 

This role is the spearhead for Command Center’s growth with European customers. In addition to direct sales, your role will be to inform the regional marketing strategy and promotional campaigns, and develop sales channel partnerships. Additionally, you will help to inform Command Center playbooks for customer implementation and adoption as well as the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy in Europe.

You’ll have the opportunity to engage with senior product, sales, marketing, customer success and sales executives within the global team and Zones Presidents  in International region . You will lead sales presentations, support implementation, own key account relationships and serve as a public face for Command Centers.

 This role is part of GE HealthCare’s International Region focused on the Command Center product. Command Center helps hospitals and health systems simplify the orchestration of patient care to care for patients more efficiently, effectively and with higher quality. Command Center coordinates scattered healthcare data, complex protocols, and siloed care teams and offers a real-time decision and collaboration platform at the patient, unit, department, health system and regional level. As result, health systems unlock capacity, improve length of stay, expand access, better utilize resources and create more predictable patient flow.  

 What you’ll do: 
  • Pursue and win deals
  • Talk to customers and get deeply familiar with their workflows and pain points 
  • Utilize your connections in the healthcare industry to identify new prospects  
  • Contribute to the sales pipeline and partner with commercial teams on pursuits 
  • Develop the European sales channel partner strategy and executer on the strategy for Command Center 
  • Develop value props and customized customer collateral for European opportunities 
  • Persuade CXO stakeholders through impactful conversations and presentations 
  • Deeply understand the Command Center product suite and how products are implemented / adopted 
  • Deeply understand the data requirements and integration landscape of the European market 
  • Work in a matrixed environment 
  • Identify partners and develop partner strategies to facilitate implementation and great customer experience

  • B2B healthcare software product experience
