Biography

Lydia joined GE HealthCare Partners from Boston Consulting Group in August 2018. She is a core group member of the Command Center team in Partners and will take the solution to the Nordic markets. Lydia is experienced in leading large scale change projects in Healthcare and have extensive experience working with Payers and Providers across the Nordics. She is passionate about developing analytics solutions for healthcare providers that allow better decision making with data transparency.

Lydia joined GE HealthCare Partners from Boston Consulting Group 2011 after 7 years from Associate and leaving as a Principal. In BCG she worked exclusively in the Healthcare Practice and extensively for Payers and Providers across the Nordics on strategic topics, Value Based Healthcare and international benchmarking regarding efficiency and quality measures. She has also led large scale operational improvement projects in the Pharmaceutical industry and led several strategy and M&A related projects in Digital health.

Prior to BCG Lydia worked as a Product Manager in GE HealthCare Life Sciences in Uppsala, Sweden
