Sreelatha leads the engineering team in the development of the Wall of Analytics framework and implementation of all HCP-led hospital Command Centres.
In this role, Sreelatha manages global teams comprising of architects, data scientists, program managers, developers, database administrators, automation architects, Dev Ops personnel and UX/UI engineers. She leads multiple functions including technical stack determination, product quality, delivery cadence, resource planning and allocation, engineering organization financials as well as working closely with vendors, customers and product management teams.
In addition to Real Time Healthcare analytics, Sreelatha has led clinical analytics development such as device-based Anaesthesia Agent Use, Traumatic Brain Injury and Alzheimer’s Disease Progression analytic models. These offerings pushed the boundaries of Cloud and Medical IoT computing in making Real Time data relevant for decision support at the Point of Care.
During her 27 years in various leadership roles in Information Technology, she has built and led engineering organizations and products in verticals such as Investment Banking and Portfolio Management, Supply Chain Optimization, Intelligent Routing Networks and Healthcare.
Key skills include engineering organization management, Vendor relationship management, M&A assessments, BD pipelines and product development using Agile methods.
Prior to GE, she has served as CTO, VP and Sr. Director of Global Engineering to employers like SCO Logistics, Perot Systems, etc. She is also an entrepreneur, having founded and run an IT logistics product company. She is a frequently invited speaker at Innovation Enterprise and other Tech forums.
