The Saudi National Health Command Centre (NHCC) was created to address structural inequalities, eliminate waste, and allocate resources more effectively. Instead of relying on subjective and inefficient processes, the NHCC creates synergy between people, workflows, and technology. With integrative and interdisciplinary methods in place, the NHCC has facilitated substantial improvements in both patient and service outcomes.
