The Queen’s Health System Launches The Aukani Command Center

According to PacificInno, this digital hub is designed to improve patient care across Hawaii.
Launched in March 2023 in partnership with the GE HealthCare Command Center team, the 13,000-square-foot Aukani Center provides real-time information on patients to manage capacity and expedite transfers.
“It looks like an air traffic control room – with a whole wall of TVs – all centrally monitored,” said Jason Chang, president of The Queen’s Health System’s Innovation Institute and executive vice president of innovation and strategy.
