Essential Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong software development capability and lead a scrum team, with solid communication and analytical skills and with a thorough understanding of product development
  • Work closely with the Scrum Architect to implement Hospital Information System integration and data analytics development

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Significant software development experience in a customer facing and continuous integration environment
  • Significant hands on experience using the Java, Spring Framework and Spring Boot and related software technologies on a Windows operating system
  • Experience in design and implementation of REST services, JSON constructs required within a microservice architecture
  • Proficient in Database use and implementation (MS SQL) and writing, using and debugging complex Stored Procedures.

  • Design & build automated Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) jobs based on data mapping specifications

  • Manage metadata structures needed for building reusable Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) components.

  • Analyze reference datasets and familiarize with Master Data Management (MDM) tools.

  • Analyze the impact of changes to downstream systems/products and recommend alternatives to minimize the impact.

  • Derive solutions and make recommendations from deep dive data analysis proactively.

  • Ensure meta data quality by using Data Quality (DQ) rules through code or MDM.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience administering SQL Server databases in development and/or production environments

Responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing data engineering processes for building machine learning based analytics in customer backed solutions. Responsible for data modeling, data analytics, ETL pipelines and code maintenance for scale and performance. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design & implement robust, scalable, high throughput/low latency data pipelines for AI/ML systems

  • Build production grade scalable systems for ETL, data processing, data monitoring and evaluation of Big Data using multiple tools and technologies.

  • Design and build Data Quality (DQ) rules needed and provide automation support for validation and quality assurance of data

  • Present trends or patterns in complex data sets using data mining, statistical analysis and other techniques.

  • Build an understanding of the business needs that enables the team to identify and document data requirements, address critical data issues and outcomes that needs to be improved

  • Process, analyze and synthesize customer data from multiple sources.  

  • Define the data architecture, explore tradeoffs and build data pipelines for on-premise and cloud based AI/ML systems

  • Assist in the development of AI/ML models. Interpret results of quantitative models, identify trends and issues, and develop alternatives to support business objectives

  • Perform data profiling and data analysis for source systems, manually maintained data, machine generated data and target data repositories

  • Build both logical and physical data models for both Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) solutions

  • 5 or more years of hands on development experience in Java, Python, SQL 

  • Strong understanding of relational database structures, principles and practices with ability to write SQL queries. 

  • 2 or more years of experience with git technologies, SQL scripting and automation tools. Ability to develop and maintain automation for processing, monitoring and validation of data. 

  • Experience with Big Data / Hadoop / Spark / Hive / NoSQL database engines (i.e. Cassandra or HBase)

  • Exposure to unstructured datasets and ability to handle XML, JSON file formats

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate visual summaries of data. Identify data quality issues proactively.

  • 5 or more years of collaborating with Data Scientists, System Architects, Scrum Leaders and Project Managers to design, implement, and deliver data science analytics in an Agile framework

  • 3 or more years of Regression, Functional and Integration testing along with writing unit tests.

  • 2 or more years of experience with cloud compute environments (Azure/AWS) and cloud-native tools

  • The Junior Analytics Consultant is responsible for delivery of productivity solutions for GE’s healthcare clients. Analytics Consulting is an exciting discipline combining traditional consulting with analytics disciplines such as data science, statistics, simulation and predictive modeling.

  • Engagements follow a problem back approach, leveraging interviews and data mining to align clients around high-value problem statements, then designing targeted solutions to improve performance.
